Said to have been built in 1904, it was remodeled or "modernized" in 1956.

It was demolished (or perhaps moved?) to make way for a Roy Rogers' Roast Beef fast-food restaurant circa 1968, after the Fox family sold the property. It is now a beautiful parking lot.
