This property was purchased by Clyde Eubanks in 1901, and it's likely that there was already a house on the property. He and his wife, Stella, lived here until their deaths, her in 1963 and he in 1965. The property was inherited by their son, Paul, but he died intestate in 1967 and the property was sold as part of the family estate.

Demolished in late 1968 or early-mid 1969 to make way for Granville Tower South and its parking lot.
